Cancellation Policy

Appointments fees must paid for in full prior to selecting a schedule time. All appointment and associated fees are non-refundable. If an appointment time is changed within 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time, all pre-paid fees will be applied as a credit to the patient’s account and will remain available to apply towards a subsequent future appointment within 3 months of the previously cancelled appointment. If after 3 months the account credit is not utilized, the credit will be fully forfeited to 2nd Opinion Dental and any subsequent appointments then scheduled will incur new fees.  Cancellation of any appointment within less than 48 hours from the upcoming appointment time will result in a complete forfeiture to 2nd Opinion Dental of all appointment and associated fees.
